Thank you for your comments. Once again we are delighted that the overwhelming majority of parents strongly agree or agree with all statements on the questionnaire – it is great to know that you see the school in such a positive light. Your thoughtful comments and suggestions are both valued and appreciated in our constant effort to find new and innovative ways to improve the school experience for both children and parents. Of the very few questionnaires that had ‘Disagree’ selected for a question, unfortunately the majority were not accompanied by a reason or explanation. This is disappointing as without this information we do not know what you want us to improve. For example, without any reasons given for disagreeing with question 1 we are left to puzzle why a child might not enjoy school. One reason may be the fact that Year 2 and 6 children are working hard in preparation for SATs and this is a stressful time for them. Obviously we always strive to make our school a happy place in which the children treat eachother with respect and enjoy learning. We urge any parent with a concern regarding any aspect of school to see a member of staff so that we can talk it through and try and find a way forward.
