Children play actively with access to outdoor play for most of the time. They develop their gross and fine movement skills, using large and small equipment to complete tasks for example starting to use scissors to cut shapes. They are supported to put on their own coats and jumpers when required, children also have the opportunity to dress themselves in a range of costumes during role play activities .Children are encouraged to use the toilet independently within the setting and to, be aware of hygiene and to develop good hand-washing routines.
Children have access to a range of foods and drink during snack time.
